Audio Essentials and Video Creative carry 72-hour turnaround guarantees. Creative Department carries a 48-hour turnaround guarantee. Dealer Group Creative Partner carries a 24-hour turnaround guarantee.
Your dealership account is created and you get an email with a link to your dashboard. Inside the dashboard you walk through a short guided request for each production — you pick the format, answer a few questions about your promotion and upload any photos, logos or footage. Our team writes, voices and produces it, and finished files appear in your dashboard with a private download link. You have 72 hours after delivery to request a revision.
