We collect information you voluntarily provide through our website forms, phone calls, text messages, and chat: your name, dealership name, email address, mobile or business phone number, service interest, project notes, and any script, promo, or media files you upload.

We also collect limited technical and usage data automatically, including pages viewed, referring source, device/browser type, and general location derived from IP address.

We use your information to respond to inquiries, produce and deliver creative work, send samples and proofs, process orders and invoices, provide customer support, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

SMS Privacy: No mobile opt-in data will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

If you text our business number or check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, we use your mobile number only for conversational messages about your inquiry, appointment, order, or account. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.

Scripts, promos, and media files you upload are stored securely and used solely to produce your creative. Access is limited to our production team and the AI voice profile assigned to your project.

Conversations with our website chat assistant are stored so we can follow up on your request and improve our responses. Do not submit sensitive personal or financial information through chat.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which ad visits lead to sample requests. Analytics and ad cookies/identifiers are off by default for visitors in regions that require consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland, and Quebec): we set Google's Consent Mode to deny ad and analytics storage until you make a choice, so no tracking cookies are set and no measurement data is sent about you until you click "Accept" on the cookie banner shown on your first visit from one of those regions.

If you click "Accept," ad and analytics storage are enabled and Google begins recording standard usage data (pages viewed, referring source, device/browser type, general location derived from IP address, and sample-form submissions for ad attribution). If you click "Decline," ad and analytics storage stay off for that browser.

Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage and applies on later visits, so the banner will not reappear once you've made a selection. To change your choice, click "Cookie Settings" in the footer, or clear your browser's local storage for this site and refresh the page — the banner will appear again.

When you complete a purchase, the order amount and a unique transaction ID are reported to Google Ads so we can measure which ads lead to sales. If you have consented to ad measurement, we also share the email address you used at checkout with Google (hashed by Google's tag before transmission) so conversions can be attributed more accurately — this is Google's "enhanced conversions" feature. Outside consent regions, or after an "Accept," this email sharing applies; after a "Decline" it does not. Information collected for ad measurement is shared with Google in a way that does not identify you personally to us.

We share information only with vendors who help us operate the business — hosting, email delivery, storage, analytics, telephony, and payment processing — and only to the extent required to perform those services. These providers are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing.

We retain inquiry and project records for as long as needed to service your account and satisfy legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to those obligations.
