I voluntarily authorize AutoDealerAudio and the dealership/business identified below (the "Dealership") to photograph, film, video record, audio record, and otherwise capture my appearance, image, name, likeness, voice, performance, gestures, expressions, and statements for use in advertising, marketing, promotional, informational, and creative productions created for the Dealership.
This authorization applies to all productions and projects created by AutoDealerAudio for the Dealership identified on this Release during the period in which I am affiliated with that Dealership, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
AUTHORIZED USE
I authorize AutoDealerAudio and the Dealership to edit, reproduce, publish, display, perform, distribute, transmit, advertise, and otherwise use authorized recordings and materials featuring me, in whole or in part, in connection with:
- television, radio, streaming, and digital advertising;
- dealership websites and landing pages;
- social-media advertising and organic social-media content;
- YouTube and other video platforms;
- email and digital marketing;
- dealership promotional campaigns;
- dealership informational and training content;
- sales and marketing materials;
- AutoDealerAudio portfolio materials and demo reels;
- AutoDealerAudio websites and social-media channels;
- AutoDealerAudio sales presentations and case studies; and
- other reasonable demonstrations of creative work produced by AutoDealerAudio for the Dealership.
AI, DIGITAL LIKENESS & SYNTHETIC MEDIA AUTHORIZATION
I specifically authorize AutoDealerAudio to use artificial intelligence, machine learning, digital compositing, voice synthesis, image generation, video generation, digital-avatar technology, and other production technologies to reproduce, simulate, modify, enhance, or create an authorized digital representation of my appearance, image, likeness, facial characteristics, movements, expressions, or voice.
This authorization includes, where reasonably necessary for production:
- AI-generated or AI-assisted versions of my voice;
- synthetic or cloned voice recordings based upon my recorded voice;
- digital recreations of my appearance or likeness;
- digital avatars or representations based upon my appearance;
- lip synchronization or modification of recorded speech;
- modification or recreation of facial expressions or movements;
- creation of new visual footage depicting my authorized likeness;
- creation of new audio depicting my authorized voice;
- translation, dubbing, or localization using an authorized synthetic version of my voice or likeness; and
- reasonable editing, enhancement, resizing, cropping, background replacement, or other alteration associated with production.
LIMITATION OF AI AUTHORIZATION
My AI, voice-cloning, and digital-likeness authorization is strictly limited to productions created for the Dealership identified on this Release and to AutoDealerAudio’s display or promotion of those Dealership productions as examples of its work.
My likeness, voice, digital replica, or AI-generated representation may not be sold, licensed, transferred, or intentionally used to create advertising or content for an unrelated dealership, competing dealership, third-party business, political campaign, product, service, or organization without my separate written authorization.
AutoDealerAudio will not knowingly use AI or digital manipulation to make it appear that I made a statement, testimonial, representation, or endorsement that I did not authorize, or to intentionally depict me in a materially false, defamatory, obscene, or misleading manner.
END OF DEALERSHIP AFFILIATION
I understand that this Release applies to productions created while I am affiliated with the Dealership identified below.
If my employment, ownership, contractor relationship, or other affiliation with the Dealership ends, AutoDealerAudio will not produce new advertising or promotional projects for the Dealership using my image, likeness, voice, AI-generated likeness, cloned voice, digital avatar, or other synthetic representation after AutoDealerAudio receives notice that my affiliation has ended.
However, I understand and agree that productions created, substantially produced, published, delivered, or placed into advertising or promotional rotation before the end of my affiliation may continue to be used, displayed, published, broadcast, distributed, reposted, or remain in rotation by:
- the Dealership for which the production was created; and
- AutoDealerAudio for its portfolio, demo reel, website, social-media, sales, case-study, and promotional purposes.
The end of my affiliation with the Dealership does not require AutoDealerAudio or the Dealership to recall, destroy, remove, or discontinue existing authorized productions, advertisements, social-media posts, portfolio pieces, recordings, or other materials previously created under this Release, except where otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.
For purposes of this provision, minor edits, resizing, reformatting, captioning, platform conversion, restoration, reposting, or shortening of an existing production will not by itself constitute creation of a new project.
EDITING AND MODIFICATION
I understand that recordings and authorized digital representations of me may be edited, cropped, excerpted, reformatted, combined with music, graphics, animation, narration, other footage, or other production elements, and adapted for different advertising formats and platforms.
Such modifications may not intentionally portray me in a materially false or defamatory manner.
COMPENSATION
I understand that I will not receive royalties, residual payments, licensing fees, or additional compensation from AutoDealerAudio for uses authorized under this Release unless AutoDealerAudio and I separately agree otherwise in writing.
Any compensation, wages, or other arrangements between me and the Dealership are independent of this Release.
NO IMPLIED PERSONAL ENDORSEMENT
I understand that my appearance in a Dealership advertisement or AutoDealerAudio portfolio example does not necessarily mean that I personally endorse or recommend AutoDealerAudio.
AutoDealerAudio may not attribute a personal testimonial, review, recommendation, or endorsement to me unless I actually made or separately approved that statement.
SCOPE OF RELEASE
This Release applies to all AutoDealerAudio productions created for the Dealership identified below and is not limited to an individual video, advertisement, recording session, or campaign.
I acknowledge that I have read and understand this Release and voluntarily authorize the uses described above.
I represent that I am at least 18 years old and legally capable of providing this authorization.
